The process of my truck buying experience was good, but I felt led through the process that took the entire day, Jason Roberts was a helpful and professional representative. I had a FORD expert friend with me the entire process. We found on line a vehicle from Greely dealership after trying several models on your lot, we chose the Greeley truck, but was never allowed to see or drive it until i played all the hang on games (you know where you offer all this additional service and hang it on the price of the vehicle and signed all the financial paperwork. My main point of rating was according tome, I think an honest mistake. Included when i asked Jason directly about my truck would have the brake controller being included in the TOW / HAUL package, he said, "it has everything you need." finding out later from Sales manager Aaron Fisk that the brake controller is not included in the tow package and is listed as a separate item. that information would have changed things that day, because i just payed 400$ to have one installed. I remember Aaron basically telling me I as the buyer should have paid more attention, true, and I am by reporting this to Ford motor company, especially after being told by your service manager Luis Domingez that I really did not need a brake controller for towing trailers. Some yes, but larger heavier ones call for additional breaking to share the load and be safer, so essentially as a general statement Mr. Domingez was advising me that i could operate my vehicle in an unsafe manner. You are Ford you can do better. I think if I had been coached and allowed to get more of a certain answer about my truck, it would have been a much better experience. More

The entire time we were there, from the time we were greeted, through the test drive, to the finalization of the paperwork, Alex was friendly and professional. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he also offered top notch customer service! We were fortunate to be able to look at the vehicle on a weekday so after we agreed on a purchase price, we were able to get right into the finance department to finalize the purchase. We then were given an orientation and training on the vehicle and we were in and out within a few hours time! The only reason we rated the dealer a 4 was because of the very long wait time with their finance department. It was about 3 hours from the time we made the deal to the time we finally drove the truck off the lot. More

I went in on July 19 to look at a Ford Fusion and hopefully trade in my Cruze th I had a great experience at Spradley Barr Ford thanks to Tory Turpin! I went in on July 19 to look at a Ford Fusion and hopefully trade in my Cruze that I bought at auto nation (and didn’t like very much). I was frustrated with the car I had and really no idea how trading in my car would work, or if it was even possible because I just bought it 6 months ago! He sat down with me and explained every step of the way thoroughly. He was always ready to answer any question I had. He was very personable and fun throughout the whole experience. We test drove a few and I found one I REALLY liked. The tough part was I had some negative equity and quite a high interest rate, however I came back the next day and he had the car detailed and all the paper work filled out ready for me to sign- at a crazy deal and an interest rate that was far less than half my previous one. Tory was really understanding with my situation and didn’t pressure me into anything. I had the best, least stressful car buying experience thanks to Tory. I would highly recommend him if youre in the market for a new or used car. More

My Opinion - Untrustworthy & Overpriced So previously had an estimate of about $443. Then they agreed to take 10% off. Today the Bill was magically about $493. They charged $50 labor to install cabin air filter! Also, cannot prove it, but felt hustled and handled as far as about $250 of the service goes. I tried to cancel those items but guy would not call back to confirm. When I went in, he "canceled" them but circumstances had appearance to me of "hurry and do it, guy is trying to cancel!". Anyway, my impression is they are overpriced ($170 for $80-$100 fuel induction; $75 for cabin air filter) and not trustworthy to work with. More
