We learned they send a defective replacement part, after it was installed. Which met it had to be replaced again by the warranty from the part supplier! Kelsey was my service ad visor. She did a great job staying on top of the process and keeping me up to date on a (lengthy) 3rd-then 4th-party warranty repair. Being without your vehicle is never much fun. But Kelsey helped make it as painless as possible. More

They finished their tasks in a prompt manner, but they didn’t quite complete it. Tires were rotated and when asked if tire pressures were adjusted, as I had added more pressure for trailer towing the previous day. When asked, I was told the pressures had been adjusted, but upon checking, they had not been. This is a basic step that was missed More

I recently had an airbag recall on my 2010 FUSION Hybrid, and when picking it up, saw a 2016 Fusion PLUG IN Hybrid, which I have wanted since they came out. They were rated at 88 mpg, but I'm plugging it in at night, averaging 110! The sales team made it easy, and my wife asked "Why did you get the SAME car?" It's also white platinum, and cream leather inside! She drives the Escape Hybrid, which she dearly loves. More

Upon my arrival at the dealership my Fiancé and I looked at approximately 90% of the vehicles and the stickers on the window. That was my fourth time I had been there to shop. We were there for about 45 minutes before we were acknowledged. Since I was there three times before and no one acknowledged me then I was able to find the exact model and color of the car I wanted. I told the salesman exactly which one I wanted. He proceeds to get the keys of a model with a higher sticker price. We went around the block for a test drive and I really liked the vehicle. When we got back I showed him my trade and I was completely honest and up front with anything my trade had needed. It was appraised. We started talking numbers. Again up front I let them know I had poor credit but in my job I have a 20/80 % debt to ratio. I am still paying on my trade in that I’ve had over 4 years and have my payments up to date. When they came back to me with the estimate it was way low! I was astounded! I knew I was somewhat under water but there was a list of deductions they list which brought the value way down. I was upset to where I had to go for a walk. When I came back I was brought up to a podium where a gentleman was on a computer telling me he was trying to do everything possible to help me with this deal. I was only able to put down 2500.00 at the time. I was standing there listening to him when all I could think about was here is this man telling me he was there to help me but he actually had a car detail listed against me on my trade in! Charging me to clean my trade in? Clean it! I’m being charged to clean my trade in?!?! Is that really trying to do everything possible to get me into the car I really wanted? The whole time nothing, not one word was mentioned about the more then two dozen golf ball size hail dents the new car I wanted had in it! Almost every single car on the lot had them! That experience was horrible! More
Led not coached : No mistake i really like my new truck. I ended up with a good truck for under 30K @ 0% interest, from very helpful folks at SBF Ft. Collins. The pro : No mistake i really like my new truck. I ended up with a good truck for under 30K @ 0% interest, from very helpful folks at SBF Ft. Collins. The process of my truck buying experience was good, but I felt led through the process that took the entire day, Jason Roberts was a helpful and professional representative. I had a FORD expert friend with me the entire process. We found on line a vehicle from Greely dealership after trying several models on your lot, we chose the Greeley truck, but was never allowed to see or drive it until i played all the hang on games (you know where you offer all this additional service and hang it on the price of the vehicle and signed all the financial paperwork. My main point of rating was according tome, I think an honest mistake. Included when i asked Jason directly about my truck would have the brake controller being included in the TOW / HAUL package, he said, "it has everything you need." finding out later from Sales manager Aaron Fisk that the brake controller is not included in the tow package and is listed as a separate item. that information would have changed things that day, because i just payed 400$ to have one installed. I remember Aaron basically telling me I as the buyer should have paid more attention, true, and I am by reporting this to Ford motor company, especially after being told by your service manager Luis Domingez that I really did not need a brake controller for towing trailers. Some yes, but larger heavier ones call for additional breaking to share the load and be safer, so essentially as a general statement Mr. Domingez was advising me that i could operate my vehicle in an unsafe manner. You are Ford you can do better. I think if I had been coached and allowed to get more of a certain answer about my truck, it would have been a much better experience. More
