The person that checked me in was also very friently and helpful. I had scratches on my car so he took me to the parts department and helped me get touch up paint. Ford Explorer in for Heating/Cooling Seats malfunction I had to take in my explorer because the heating and cooling element of seats was no longer working as well as the Heated steering. In the time betwe I had to take in my explorer because the heating and cooling element of seats was no longer working as well as the Heated steering. In the time between scheduling and taking my car in we got a recall on car and I called to see if they could do that at the same time and they had no problem doing that. Kelcy is the women we worked with in repair and she did a great job in informing us 2-3 times a day what was going on and what still needed to be done on the car. She then informed us that the car needed new fuses for the both steering wheel and seats but unfortunately our warranty did not cover the parts. I did express to her the disappointment we have about the car sales and car fiance people selling us on this amazing warranty that covers almost everything. I had told her that we are opting out of fixing car but very disappointed in the fact that we bought this product not even a year ago and it is only 3 years old. She was very understanding with the situation and went above and beyond to see what she could do to get the parts covered. In the end we had to pay a deductible for warranty and had the parts installed in less than 1 hour and had my car back within 48 hours total. Kelcy was a pleasure to work with but do feel that all the departments at Ford need to get on the same page so the customers are not being mislead in the products they purchase. I would for sure work with Kelcy again in the service department as she made my experience a pleasure and not a horrible one. More

Tim worked us into a schedule that met our needs and was very helpful explaining why there was a recall and what the "fix" would entail. We could not have asked for a more helpful service technician. When we took the vehicle in for service all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, Tim's estimated time for service was spot on. Actually there were done before the estimated time. Overall a great experience. More

I would have liked knowing it was going to take two hours for my "quick lane" oil change. I thought that was a bit excessive. I bought this vehicle less than a year ago. It came with complementary oil changes. The first one was very quick. This was my second one. The Sticker for my next oil change is set for 5000 miles or January, but the first two were 3000 miles or 3 months. Not sure why the change on the vehicle. I also don't feel like I needed a repair estimate for over $1,300.00 when I just came in for an oil change. Gary Allen More

Truck Service Steve Hunt took care of us asap. When we purchased truck, we waited months on feedback and service to truck. Finally, I got ahold of Steve and he was Steve Hunt took care of us asap. We paid for a clear bra when we bought the truck... and we waited for the other guy to call us back for a date and time to bring truck in. We called him 3 different times. No response.
