They answered all my questions and communicated the features on the new car. The sales manager, Anthony, allowed me to take the car for an extended amount of time that day to really get a feel for the ride and comfort. Terrible service!!!! If there was a no star option I would use it. I bought a vehicle from this dealership 2 months ago within a day of my purchase I took the car back in If there was a no star option I would use it. I bought a vehicle from this dealership 2 months ago within a day of my purchase I took the car back in because it was having issues starting. I was told it was something in the gear shift and I would just need to deal with it. It also had 4 brand new tires on it which one was worn completely within in 2 months. I contacted the dealership on numerous occasions and was told it was just an alignment issue. They also supposedly changed my oil when they fixed my alignment, my "new oil is black" my change oil light is still on and theres so much dust under the hood you can see it was never touched by a mechanic and my car still turns sideways when it hits even the smallest of bumps at highway speeds. This is extremely dangerous to myself and my 2 young children, I dont know what it's going to do when the snow hits. And today my car is dead in the driveway and wont start because the same issue I was told to just deal with finally had its last day and the vehicle I'm financing for 17000 dollars is now dead and the dealership wont even give me a tow to their shop to look at it. Been hung up on multiple times by Michael when I asked to speak to a general manager after getting the run around for weeks. Stear clear of spradley barr. You're probably better off at a fly by night corner lot buy here pay here dealerships will give you a better car and better customer service than the spradley barr Ford in fort collins More

She ask if I was interested in something else that may the have in the lot I say yes. When we arrive at the dealership they were waiting for us and from there the experience on buying a car change, no hassle and lots of jokes about a hat (leave lake that, I don't want somebody get hurt with the jock we were making about it) so in sort we spend abut 2 hours from start to finish in the dealership, THANKYOU Spradley Barr Ford!!! Spradley Barr Ford was the dealership that came through for us. They squeezed us in to their hectic schedule, so that our repairs would be done before our warranty expired and to allow us to drive home only a few days after our trip had ended. Truck drives great & we were very happy with customer service! More

When I checked on-line a few days before I made my appointment, the "works" was listed on special for $39.95. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was presented a bill for $64.00 and change. When I questioned the young lady she informed me that that special was now $49.99 and that was for 5 quarts of oil. My vehicle requires 6 quarts. Oil was priced at $3.95/quart. How did we get to $64.00+ from there? There was also a drain plug gasket for almost $6.00. Anyway, when the gentleman that wrote the order originally came back to the counter he adjusted the invoice but it was still $54.21, The young lady's attitude was "that's just the way it is" and not very cordial at that. If I decide to return, you can rest assured that I will get a firm price before dropping my vehicle off. The review would be much lower if the young lady was the only one I interacted with. More
