Oil change and warranty repair Was quoted 39.99 for oil change when I dropped vehicle off. When I picked it up they charged me 58.14. They told me it was because I needed 6 quarts o Was quoted 39.99 for oil change when I dropped vehicle off. When I picked it up they charged me 58.14. They told me it was because I needed 6 quarts of oil instead of 5. Well they knew what kind of vehicle it was when I dropped it off. Asked them if 1 quart of oil costs 19.00 they said no the rest is shop supplies. As I paid the bill the customer rep said Uncle Sam has got to get their share. I don’t think Fort Collins sales tax is over 20%. I guess they think people are stupid! More

I paid $656 for a repair and my car has the same issue. I don't know what I paid $656 for as the car is still having the same issue. I feel absolutely cheated and swindled out of $656. That is a HUGE amount out of my pocket. I had to put this on a credit card and make payments. I cringe every time I look at the bill and drive my car!!!!!!!! I only gave one star because I had to do so. My rating is really " -5 stars" (negative 5 stars, as in below zero!). More
