But instead of a smooth ride, you're taken on a rollercoaster of shady tactics and wallet-draining schemes. From the get-go, it's clear they've mastered the art of deception. It's like trying to negotiate with a magician who's constantly pulling rabbits out of hats, except these rabbits cost you hundreds of dollars! And just when you think you've escaped the clutches of their trickery, they hit you with the ol' "freebies turned pricey" maneuver. Suddenly, those add-ons you thought were complimentary are the final bill faster than you can say "rip-off." Our main salesperson was a nice person, but behind the scenes lurked a cast of characters straight out of a car dealership nightmare. Moving numbers around and insisting, "You are getting a great deal," was just not true. In addition was promised a second key to the car as I was only provided one, this was 20 days ago. I just sent them a second message telling them they need to get the second key. I told them to email me when it was available to pick up, but of course they called saying "sorry". So, take my word for it: steer clear of this dealership like a pothole-ridden road during a rainstorm. Your peace of mind and hard-earned cash deserve better. Don't say I didn't warn you! More

JJ was great and very easy to get along with, however, the Sales Manager Richard makes you feel like an idiot and tries to scheme you out of $1000s of dollars for your trade AND the car they are selling. the Sales Manager Richard makes you feel like an idiot and tries to scheme you out of $1000s of dollars for your trade AND the car they are selling. Not worth spending time at this dealership. I will be buying the same car for more money just so I don't have to deal with him. They also take your car for a "test drive" and keep your key in their sales room so you can't leave. As a manager of a customer service department, this was a horrible experience. More

If you want them to back their warranty better be ready for a hassle. More

If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. Service department is AWFUL! It has gone down hill once it switched over from Bradley Sparr Ford. Kristoff is the rudest employee. I have always had my expedition serviced there, and the past couple of times I have taken it in for something under warranty, I get the run around. No one calls you back, and when I finally heard back from Kristoff, he was so rude. We switched to Loveland Ford and they are amazing. I would highly recommend not using them. Worst experience, and won't be returning. More
Service department completely mis-diagnosed a misfire issue when I purchased a 2011 F-150 from them. Within 25 days, the issue came back and I was forced to bring my truck to another dealer. This ended u issue when I purchased a 2011 F-150 from them. Within 25 days, the issue came back and I was forced to bring my truck to another dealer. This ended up costing me another $700. When I reached out to Ken Garff, (both directly to the dealer and my sales person) They went completely silent. Would not recommend, nor will I go back for another vehicle purchase. More
