Recall work Ford said a loaner would be available, however your dealership said none available. good customer service I brought my 2014 Explorer into Spradley Barr dealership for a safety recall. The recall was completed in the amount of time they had scheduled. Since they needed the car for 6 hours, I had the opportunity to use their shuttle service. This worked really good for me as my daughter was out of town and I did not have a ride back and forth to the dealer. The driver took me straight home and gave me a phone # to call when the dealership notified me that my car was completed. I called and the driver was there within 10 minutes, so that was excellent customer service. More
