Once everything was understood what was to be done, it went smoothly. However, I had to wait at least 30 minutes to speak to a service adviser, after I had registered at the quick lube desk. Stephen Hunt did his best to make sure I was satisfied. I felt that the service department was too busy and I was just another number, rather than a valued customer. Even thought there were multiple service advisers present, I was made to wait for a particular one, rather then one that might not be busy at the time. Was a lot easier buying the vehicle, than getting it serviced. More

Steve Hunt GREATEST SERVICE REP. EVER. Brought my Super Duty in for exhaust temp. sensor. Before my truck was able to get in to be fixed a Walmart truck hit my truck in the back lot. The dr Brought my Super Duty in for exhaust temp. sensor. Before my truck was able to get in to be fixed a Walmart truck hit my truck in the back lot. The driver told the service department that he hit my truck (honest driver). Steve did not notice there was damage on the other side. (unknown if driver did it or not). Steve took control and had it fixed no matter whos fault it was. have been buying cars since 1969 and have NEVER had a more honest service rep. ever. Spradley should be honored to have an Steve as an employee. More
