One evening, my engine was much louder than normal as I pulled in the garage. The next morning, I took it to Spradley Barr Ford where I have all service done on the vehicle. I was told it was about a week wait for an appointment or I could leave it and they would see if they could fit me in. The next afternoon, I had my truck back and had I not left it, it would have cost me a ton. The tensioner belt bearing had worn down so much that it blew out of its housing. They put a new one in, new tensioner belt and all for a reasonable price and fast! I consider that good service. More
