This is a bad situation for management to put their service advisors in. First it was not being able to honor the original appointment that was scheduled, then it was not having loaner cars available and then it was a delay getting the car seen (even after a 3 day delay) Kelsey did keep me informed and ultimately our vehicle was done earlier than anticipated, although it was almost 2 weeks after I called to set the original appointment. One issue is still occurring, but not sure how to get it to replicate itself in the shop. More

Been doing business with Spradley Barr for 6+ years and will not be going back. Terrible experience, drove off the lot and engine started missing took back and they said to bad it was sold as is. Great Experience, saved Ford from losing a customer. Great experience especially considering what I've gone through over the last few months. Let me start by saying I've been searching for a very spec Great experience especially considering what I've gone through over the last few months. Let me start by saying I've been searching for a very specific used or new car for over 6 months, and I've been searching nationwide. I've had terrible luck and experiences with dealerships in and out of state changing prices on vehicles even after a bill of sale was created, dealerships literally losing or selling a vehicle I was in the process of negotiating with, etc. The process has been so bad, I was at the point of quitting my search. Then, I found two vehicles that matched my needs locally, at two different dealerships. The first one I contacted unfortunately didn't have the vehicle, they said it must have been destroyed. But a good salesmen at Longmont Ford recommended a couple of folks I should talk to at Spradley Barr in Ft. Collins after I told them they had a similar vehicle. Jason B. was one of the guys they recommended I talk to, and luckily he was available. I did tons of research not only on their vehicle, but also vehicles all over the country. When I arrived, I had some ideas of what I was willing to do, and Jason was immediately the kind of guy I can do business with. Nice, but straight to the point. No xx on my part or his, we both were honest with each other and made a deal that was acceptable by both parties. I also like that by the time this was done, we were talking about families, hobbies, etc. Ford almost lost me as a potential buyer with bad experiences, but Spradley and Jason made things work. It was smooth, easy, and I felt as though I was a valued customer. I just wish they weren't so far away from me, I would love to get my service done there! Oh, and one more thing, they are not affiliated with AutoNation, which made me feel even better! Thank you Spradely and Jason B! More
