So to help, I do all of the research online, myself, then contact someone at the dealership so it will be as painless as possible. I was contact by Tory Turpin via email and HE WAS AMAZING!!! Not pushy, he was patient and answered my questions leaving contact up to me. After exchanging emails back and forth (which is easier and much more preferred for me) we were able to make a deal. After that, I drove up to Fort Collins from Denver one night after work, and went and picked the new/used vehicle up after some easy/minor paperwork. Tory was so pleasant and easy to deal with - not the typical high pressure salesman that one would expect. I might add that I have had the vehicle for a little over a month and twice now, he has texted me to check in and see how I like it and how things were going. Great customer service and follow up! I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Tory. More
