I’ve never had a shopping experience like I did at Culver City Honda. Alex and his staff took the time to show me different models, features and finance options for each. Everyone I dealt with was awesome and even though I walked in super late on a Friday night everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you again, I will be a customer for life. More

scammers!this place tried to say my wife's car had a scammers! this place tried to say my wife's car had a cel on when we were getting an oil change. we were driving the car all morning no check engin scammers! this place tried to say my wife's car had a cel on when we were getting an oil change. we were driving the car all morning no check engine light. basically called my wife a liar and said it came in with one. so we go back to pick up the car. they tell us it's 150 to diagnose. So I'm like, it didn't come in here with this why does it have one now. I know that there is a chance something decided to go wrong, but seems a bit fishy. so they say oh we'll check it out. we were talking to the assistant manager. we get the manager of service after the assistant was very rude. Im keeping my cool, and just say okay bring the car out so we can see the check engine light. they go back and forth saying they wanna check it first all this crap. I'm like yeah cool. I need to see the light on. finally they bring the car out. no light on. they were trying to scam us. driver said it was on earliar but it turned off. they were full of crap. the managers tone at this point changed, he knew we caught them. he went back to his office after trying to make up a bunch of excuses if I wasn't there, they would have scammed my wife into paying for some stupid service or repair she didn't need. we will never go back to this dealership, will be contacting corporate on this as well. Scam. There is reason why this dealer scored low. Very unethical dealer experiences. They will treat their customer who didn't know about them like a xxxxxx. Mgr. Hoss is pure scam, Finance Mgr. Ale Very unethical dealer experiences. They will treat their customer who didn't know about them like a xxxxxx. Mgr. Hoss is pure scam, Finance Mgr. Alex is dumb, even their detail team is awful to leave permanent deep scratches on windows for not knowing properly washing dusty brand new(?) car. Please please please... any new buyers, stay away from this dealer. I am honda fan, I don't want them to ruin honda image to more people... More

Worst experience, They keep pregnant women waiting My wife (who was obviously pregnant) and i wanted to see a honda odyssey for our growing family on memorial day. We took a test trive with a salesman My wife (who was obviously pregnant) and i wanted to see a honda odyssey for our growing family on memorial day. We took a test trive with a salesman Eric was his name) and were considering the car. My wife was uncomfortable sitting at the desk with the baby moving arround so she wanted to walk arround the showroom while we were waiting for eric to crunch the numbers. Everytime we got up to walk arround eric came and got us to come sit at his desk, and we obliged thinking that he had prices or was ready to discuss the car, but as soon as we sat down. He promptly got up to go talk with the manager or work on the price. It was clear he was trying to keep us at his desk. This happened 3 times over our hour long wait for the price. In fact while we were waiting at the desk my wife searched on her phone for car prices and received an email from the same dealership for the exact car we test drove with a price that was significantly less than that they eventually showed us. We essentially waited an hour for them to write the sticker price on a piece of paper and tell us that we had to pay 5000$ more for the clear coat and lojack dealer added items because "all dealers add thus much to their stock" it was really the worst visit to a car dealer ship i have ever had. More
