Horrible service. Sent one of their dealers to my home to finish paperwork and had money and items stolen. I had money for bills in an envelope on my desk and as I was walking him out he asked for a refreshm finish paperwork and had money and items stolen. I had money for bills in an envelope on my desk and as I was walking him out he asked for a refreshment. After walking him out I returned to the cash being taken as well as portable chargers that were laying on top of the money to conceal it. Confronted the dealership afterwards and they said they would not confront the employee regarding the theft and directed the blame on members of the household rather than the employee we invited into our home with the good conscience the dealership was sending a reputable and honest employee into the homes of their customers. The only service this dealership provides is a DISservice to its customers and community. When saying we wanted to void the contract of the lease since paperwork had not gone through and this event occurred, on top of COVID shutdowns having first began, we were threatened with legal consequences and pressured through malpractice tactics. There’s many different dealerships in LA. Trust me when I say don’t waste your time on this one. More

NEVER EVER AGAIN! These guys are laughable and I'll strongly advise you to never believe what they tell you over the phone to get you to their shop. I'm selling my car asking for $8900, they called and strongly advise you to never believe what they tell you over the phone to get you to their shop. I'm selling my car asking for $8900, they called and said that they wanted to buy my car and inspect it. I go to their place, wait for 45 mins and then they offer me $2500 max, hahahahaha. Complete waste of my time and of theirs too. More
I will never do business with this dealership, and I was very disappointed in their level of service and honesty. Recommend avoiding them at all cost! I was looking at a new Passport and to sell my curr very disappointed in their level of service and honesty. Recommend avoiding them at all cost! I was looking at a new Passport and to sell my current car to them based on a KBB Instant Cash Offer. I made an appointment to drive the Passport days in advance, the salesperson sent me a calendar invite for it and even called me twice to confirm. Of course, when I showed up at the appointed time, the person I was dealing with wasn't there, and the car was nowhere to be found. It took them over an hour to find it, and I had to wait outside in 100 degree weather while the salesperson looked for keys to a car he could use to drive me 15 minutes away to where the car was. We had to hunt through three different lots once we got there before finally locating the car, which was completely filthy. Also not happy about having to share a ride with the salesperson due to COVID, and his mask kept falling down. By the time I got back to the dealership I realized that the Passport was not for me (nice car, but bigger than I want). When I told the salesperson that, the whole tone of the conversation on them purchasing my car changed, and they came back with an offer over $1,000 lower than the Instant Cash Offer. They refused to provide me any explanation for the lower price (there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car to justify it), or even discuss it unless I wanted to talk about buying the Passport. This was a clear case of bait and switch, if not outright fraud, as the KBB Instant Cash Offer explicitly states that it is not subject to buying another car from them. Guess that doesn't mean anything to this dealership. Ended up selling my car to Carvana for just a few hundred dollars less than the KBB Instant Cash Offer, but a much better experience overall. Also was able to find the same Passport for way less at Santa Monica Honda, even though I still don't think it's the car for me. More
My daughter was in this dealership to find out options for her upcoming lease maturity. This is something that happens every day across the country at dealerships. However, what does not happen everyda for her upcoming lease maturity. This is something that happens every day across the country at dealerships. However, what does not happen everyday is when a customer leaves a car dealership and they are contacted by an employee that had no communication in the transaction from the dealership visit but they get her name from the CRM or Finance Department and look her up on social media. Raufel Muhammad is the employee who contacted my daughter without her permission. This behavior was unwarranted and completely unacceptable. Is this the way this store safe guards privacy and takes care of potential customers???????? More
I made an appointment with Boris after I specifically told him the car i was interested in, and he said they would hold it For me after i was qualified, rescheduled my appointment for Monday and i came a told him the car i was interested in, and he said they would hold it For me after i was qualified, rescheduled my appointment for Monday and i came an hour from out of town. When i get there its the bait they get you for. "I'm sorry we sold that car"....then they apologize, offer to fill my almost full tank and Alex the manager who said i would get the family discount? says they have some next door and introduces me to Moe who apparently appeared lost to be looking for another black colored scion then comes up to me and says we don't have any black ones, just. 1. And Alex said they had a few. Thank you Honda of Culver City for your horrible frustrating experience! More
