Horrendous experience so far and I’m not even over having to work with them yet. I went in last week to sell my used car. As expected from typical car salesman stereotypes, they attempted to lie and cheat me to work with them yet. I went in last week to sell my used car. As expected from typical car salesman stereotypes, they attempted to lie and cheat me out of money. That aside, once we negotiated a price, I proceeded to complete the paper work. They sent paperwork for a wet signature out of state which was received 2 days later. Per receipt of the returned signed paper work, Culver City Honda received the completed paperwork the day after it was sent back to them. A week has now passed and still no updates. They were given a 10 day payoff, of which tomorrow is the 10th day. Called my bank that the car loan is through and they confirmed they had received nothing from Honda. i then called Honda and spoke to Marco in sales who proceeded to lie and LAUGH at me. I was LAUGHED at by Honda’s unprofessional employees for demanding an update on the check that was supposed to be sent to my bank. I informed them that Felipe who was the financial consultant handling my information had not returned any of my calls/texts. These two employees are unprofessional, rude, and incapable of handling their business with a client in an efficient manner. More

Smooth transactions, got the car that I liked.Only took Smooth transactions, got the car that I liked. Only took long times at the Dealership than expected. Anyway.. This is the worst place for service department, first time they had my vehicle all day and they for got to work on it ( REAL NICE ) second time needs oil change they said done 1 1/2 hours so I check on i time they had my vehicle all day and they for got to work on it ( REAL NICE ) second time needs oil change they said done 1 1/2 hours so I check on it and it’s still sitting there xxx . I bought a new car there almost year ago, Culver City Honda was far and away the worst people I have ever bought a car from. I am not a newbie in doing this, I have purchased vehicles from five other de Honda was far and away the worst people I have ever bought a car from. I am not a newbie in doing this, I have purchased vehicles from five other dealers: Santa Monica Acura, Center BMW, Beverly Hills Porsche, Galpin Volvo, Scott Robinson Honda. I was treated excellently by all of those. When I look at the reviews there are great ones and ones like mine, that is fishy to me. I only went there because they had the exact car I wanted (love the car). I will never go there again, and I would caution you against going there. Hoss, have you been trained in how to return messages? Felipe, there is no training for the way you do customer service. Thinking about going there? Consider yourself warned. More
