Not expecting too much, I was quickly greeted by the KBB team to evaluate my buyout. They were honest, authentic. And very sincere in their approach immediately. Next, I moved onto the sales floor. I have never experienced such authentic sales team. Shawntel, was sent to service me, after explaining that horrific experience at the other dealership. She was so comprehensive, knowledgeable, she listened. I explained how I needed a certain car for my back, the reason why I was trading in my precious mini. I clearly defined my intentions of what I wanted to purchase. She assessed my needs and took them to heart. She was not aggressive. She didn't play games. She didn't try and do the used car salesman approach. I cannot say enough good things about her approach, the way she handled my finances. When I was struggling to get a few things to make the contract work she was patient and not once did I feel like I was being sold - I was being helped. If you had a bad experience and one is stressless easy car buying experience go to Culver City Honda. Stay away from Hollywood of Honda. More
RUN AWAY Service department is horrific. Car has been there for 2 weeks and it is still not repaired. I have not received a single phone call, text or email. Service department is horrific. Each time I have called I have been given a different story as to why it has not been fixed. The service manager Rue, even admitted to me that previous personnel have not told me the truth about the repair. WHY? More

I tried multiple times to contact the dealership about the matter and nobody seems to want to help me. I emailed the finance person I worked with Eddie Rourke, no response and I called him multiple times no response back I even texted josh sales person, still no response. Next option probably contact BBB file a complaint about them. Once they have your money they don't care about you, I will never buy from culver city honda ever again. AWFUL customer service, sell unnecessary services Absolutely HORRIBLE service department - STAY AWAY! I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation, and called in ahead to check o Absolutely HORRIBLE service department - STAY AWAY! I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation, and called in ahead to check on the wait time --- 1-2 hours according to the service advisor. I arrived for my appointment, and wait at the entrance for the greeter. He is inside another vehicle and proceeds to ignore me for 5 minutes straight - not even a simple hand motion. After another 5 minutes of no response, I pull up and tried to find a service advisor. All the employees walked around and proceeded to pretend no one was there. Absolutely ridiculous and zero customer service. Finally after 15 minutes, another car pulled up, and the "greeter" proceeded to ask her what she needed done. At this point I was furious, and walked up to let him know I had been waiting for a while. He smirked at me and said he was busy with another customer... I told him I had been gotten there 15 mins prior to the person he was speaking with at the moment. He then told me I needed to leave my car OVERNIGHT after being told earlier it was only 1-2 hours. The guy laughed and walked away, xxx. TLDR: NO customer service - everyone working here ignores you, and they lie about the wait time over the phone to get you to come in. Go ANYWHERE but this dealership. Quite possible the WORST Honda dealer in LA. Will NEVER return here for service More
