Terrible I live close to this dealership. The service department is the worst I have ever encountered. I called the night before as I needed a new battery (my I live close to this dealership. No one answered in the service department (I tried multiple times) and finally the operator told me to bring it in first thing in the morning and take it to the express line. After more than 2 hours waiting (everyone seemed to be eating or just standing around doing nothing) and arguing with the service writer one of my family members met me to take the car to Robertson Honda (close to where they live). In less than 45 minutes (without an appointment) the car was ready. I would not recommend purchasing or using their service department. I can certainly understand why there are so many 1 star ratings for this company. More
Customer service is key...and they failed I went in to Culver City Honda to see if I could get a good deal on a 2017 Honda Accord, and upon entry of the dealership I was not greeted by any of I went in to Culver City Honda to see if I could get a good deal on a 2017 Honda Accord, and upon entry of the dealership I was not greeted by any of the staff who walked by me several times which triggered immediate suspicion of lack of good customer service. I was eventually greeted by a young lady who took me for a test drive, and after we returned I sat with her to make a deal despite the overall negative vibe I was feeling. I ultimately walked out because after negotiating, which I felt was relatively brief, the sales representative came with final offer and stated the sales manager did not want to make any more offers, and that I had to promise that I was not going to go back and forth after that, sending the message that you can leave if you don’t like it. The rep stated before they could show me what the monthly payment would be based on that final offer, I HAD to select a term of either 64 or 72 months and they would give me that number based on that. She would not leave the table until I selected a term although I asked if I could see what the monthly payments would look like based on both terms. I finally selected the term, they crunched the numbers, and when she came back the monthly payment calculated was higher than the initial offer they started with even though we negotiated a lower sales price. At this point, I felt as if they were being dishonest and I decided that that was not the place for me to purchase the vehicle. I with understand they are trying to make a sale, however customer service is huge for me and being that Honda vehicles have great reputations, I wish this particular location had better sales staff to match the reputation of the vehicles. 2nd bad experience Today was my 2nd chance visit here. First time was 4 years ago. I ended up buying an Accord at Scott Robinson in Torrance. New cars were filthy, salesman was unprofessional and rude. As i was leaving he yells out Hey. Ummm. I kept walking. Going to Santa Monica Honda now to buy a CRV. No 3rd chances for them. More

I had to DRIVE to the dealership to find out what was going on after calling them MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEAVING VOICE MAILS . NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK . WOULDNT RECOMMEND MAKINH BUSINESS WITH THEM unless you have time to waste . More

Great Experience Had a great experience with my sales person. He went out of the way to do dealer trade so that I can get the color and type of Accord I wanted. Financ Had a great experience with my sales person. He went out of the way to do dealer trade so that I can get the color and type of Accord I wanted. Finance manager that helped me was ready to help me understand what I was signing and making it fun when generally is boring and long. It took a while to get to finance but it was a busy Friday night where all the sales people were with clients. More
