Customer service is key...and they failed I went in to Culver City Honda to see if I could get a good deal on a 2017 Honda Accord, and upon entry of the dealership I was not greeted by any of I went in to Culver City Honda to see if I could get a good deal on a 2017 Honda Accord, and upon entry of the dealership I was not greeted by any of the staff who walked by me several times which triggered immediate suspicion of lack of good customer service. I was eventually greeted by a young lady who took me for a test drive, and after we returned I sat with her to make a deal despite the overall negative vibe I was feeling. I ultimately walked out because after negotiating, which I felt was relatively brief, the sales representative came with final offer and stated the sales manager did not want to make any more offers, and that I had to promise that I was not going to go back and forth after that, sending the message that you can leave if you don’t like it. The rep stated before they could show me what the monthly payment would be based on that final offer, I HAD to select a term of either 64 or 72 months and they would give me that number based on that. She would not leave the table until I selected a term although I asked if I could see what the monthly payments would look like based on both terms. I finally selected the term, they crunched the numbers, and when she came back the monthly payment calculated was higher than the initial offer they started with even though we negotiated a lower sales price. At this point, I felt as if they were being dishonest and I decided that that was not the place for me to purchase the vehicle. I with understand they are trying to make a sale, however customer service is huge for me and being that Honda vehicles have great reputations, I wish this particular location had better sales staff to match the reputation of the vehicles. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE HORRIBLE costumer services from ALL FINACE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS . 3 weeks after I turned in my lease they had it out side for sale but they had not HORRIBLE costumer services from ALL FINACE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS . 3 weeks after I turned in my lease they had it out side for sale but they had not even finish processing all the paper work and i kept getting calls from the bank sayig i was so late on my payment when I didn't even have the car anymore . I had to DRIVE to the dealership to find out what was going on after calling them MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEAVING VOICE MAILS . NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK . WOULDNT RECOMMEND MAKINH BUSINESS WITH THEM unless you have time to waste . More

Great Experience Had a great experience with my sales person. He went out of the way to do dealer trade so that I can get the color and type of Accord I wanted. Finance manager that helped me was ready to help me understand what I was signing and making it fun when generally is boring and long. Not expecting too much, I was quickly greeted by the KBB team to evaluate my buyout. They were honest, authentic. And very sincere in their approach immediately. Next, I moved onto the sales floor. I have never experienced such authentic sales team. Shawntel, was sent to service me, after explaining that horrific experience at the other dealership. She was so comprehensive, knowledgeable, she listened. I explained how I needed a certain car for my back, the reason why I was trading in my precious mini. I clearly defined my intentions of what I wanted to purchase. She assessed my needs and took them to heart. She was not aggressive. She didn't play games. She didn't try and do the used car salesman approach. I cannot say enough good things about her approach, the way she handled my finances. When I was struggling to get a few things to make the contract work she was patient and not once did I feel like I was being sold - I was being helped. If you had a bad experience and one is stressless easy car buying experience go to Culver City Honda. Stay away from Hollywood of Honda. More
