Vehicle was not ready for customer when given back it was not cleaned off body panels were not aligned and interior panels and seals were not installed properly. Second time manager made sure car was ready not cleaned off body panels were not aligned and interior panels and seals were not installed properly. The test driving and buying was super smooth, and the sales team was great. After one day the truck already had a check engine light and de-rated. You asked so here it is. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and it was over an hour before the vehicle was taken in. I waited 2hr and 15 minutes for an oil change. Needless to say I passed on for an oil change and it was over an hour before the vehicle was taken in. I waited 2hr and 15 minutes for an oil change. Needless to say I passed on the car wash. I also scheduled and appointment for my 2018 Duramax with a third party warranty and when I asked no one could tell me whether it was accepted. I was told I had to ask the finance department but could not get through. I left a voicemail but never received a return call. Personal opinion is you guys have big problems. I will not be returning.
