4 trips to fix my oil leak, first trip replaced upper and 4 trips to fix my oil leak, first trip they replaced upper and lower oil pan, still leaking from lower pan. Second tip they replaced rear main seal, a 4 trips to fix my oil leak, first trip they replaced upper and lower oil pan, still leaking from lower pan. Second tip they replaced rear main seal, absolutely no oil leaking from that area or in the transmission bell housing like they said, during this rear main seal change they damaged my transmission cooler lines and didn’t tell me. I found them damaged when I returned home from picking up the vehicle. Third trip they didn’t do anything but kept the truck two days, claimed GM demanded dye be put in oil to determine where oil was coming from since technician couldn’t figure it out, but I knew all along where it was leaking. I asked for loaner on the third trip but didn’t get one. Fourth trip I dropped the vehicle off on Monday, they said I would get a loaner if it was more than day or two. After the third day (Wednesday) I had to text for an update and the response was it would be ready on Friday. I then had to ask what are they doing, they said changing lower oil pan. I said thanks, they said no problem, obviously it was since they couldn’t tell me earlier what was going on and I had to ask and no loaner offered. Really, the whole week to change the lower pan when supposedly the first time the upper and lower pans were done in 3 days. Then I was informed late Friday afternoon it was done so I texted when do you close with no response. So I came to pick it up and the service adviser already left. I was told by the technician when I picked the vehicle up that there was a service bulletin out saying to scuff the powder coat off the mating surface of the lower pan so the oil doesn't seep through, why wasn't this done the first time. Processes should be followed when performing maintenance. The service advisers were friendly but didn’t do well at the end providing updates or a loaner. Technicians need to do a better job diagnosing the problem and take care not to damage other components during maintenance and if they do fess up to it. The lines that were damaged were replaced but the paperwork said I told them they were leaking which wasn't true. I guess GM covered them under warranty that way. I can’t rate the technicians, they are the ones that are at fault here for this science project and wasting my time. There’s a reason I do my own maintenance but this vehicle is still under warranty. I made a appointment over the phone for oil change and tires rotated for that morning. When I dropped the car off I just decided to wait and it was done within 1/2 hour of when my appointment was! Your service changed things they wanted just because it was close without asking customer. Our front brakes can wait over a yr and the rotors. We had another change the backs but hold off the fronts. Started out not good, but ended well I took my 2017 Terrain in for routine service for the first time since I purchased it. I went into the service office and every desk in the room had I took my 2017 Terrain in for routine service for the first time since I purchased it. I went into the service office and every desk in the room had a Garff employee sitting there. In other words, there was plenty of people available to even acknowledge my presence. Not a soul even looked at me when I scanned the room a couple of times to see if some one even noticed me, no eye contact or anything from anyone. Finally after a couple of minutes, a guy on the phone (Grant??) gave me the "I'll be with you when I get off the phone" sign. I stood there for several more minutes without anyone saying a word or even making eye contact. A guy walked in and was immediately asked if he needed help, so I spoke up and said I was there first. It was like the old lady didn't matter but the guy did. Not a good start and if that's how the whole experience had went, I wouldn't be back. However, Treyton took over and made sure the rest of my visit went well. He kept me informed of the status of my service and explained a couple of recommended services that needed to be done that day and some that weren't immediate but should be done on the next service visit. He did a great job. More

The estimator was fast and professional. They had my car about three weeks. The body work looks good. The text messages I received keeping me up to date were a little confusing.
