Miss diagnosis, tech spent very little time on my vehicle and charged $125. After I took it somewhere else we compared the old part and the new part and there was no damage like the tech had claimed. This service was horrible! I asked that my front passenger tire be patched and part of the service was tire rotation. My front passenger tire still has a leak, which means my tires weren’t rotated passenger tire be patched and part of the service was tire rotation. They also tried to tell me I had used all 3 of my prepaid services, but I just bought the vehicle in August 2019. Trying to tell me that I had to go into the showroom to talk to finance to fix their error, I had to argue with the service department and they finally were able to find the correct file. More

They have always treated me good. I’m always happy with the work they perform on my vehicle. The only thing I don’t like is when they talk you into services that cost hundreds of dollars. The mechanic broke a sensor for the catalytic converter and said I needed to replace the catalytic converter to repair it. The cost of the sensor was $50 and he wanted to charge me $2000 to fix the problem and said I needed to replace the catalytic converter to repair it. Poor misleading people in the service department. I would not recommend this dealers service department to anyone. Paid them to change oils and rotate tires.
