Poor communication. No updates on the cars status were given the last week unless I called. Friday I was told Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I called Tuesday as heard nothing. Front desk clerk said car would be ready by 6pm was being reassembled. Called 3 hours later was told car was still waiting on parts. Does not meet deadlines. Orders parts without making sure entire assembly is included. Was delayed again due to a part being ordered and arrived with a piece missing that they did not realize was separate. At least 3 parts were ordered during the reassemly process. None at the same time but after each arrived a new one was noticed. A bent bar and a broken winshield wiper resevoir should have been noticed when dissembled. Also original estimate for repairs was about half final total. Felt they were not thorough or timely. Also stop nagging for surveys. I have been contacted by email and text at least 8 times. Since I was finally given a free rental car to compensate for all the delays I was not going to fill out a negative survey but since I was harrassed into it.I will tell you I would never bring a car there again. We used Abra auto body for years and they was never a missing part delay or increased estimate. More
