Always awesome customer service when I come in. I always make an appointment to come in and they are very fast and friendly. They are not high pressure when things need to be done or fixed they just explain make an appointment to come in and they are very fast and friendly. Scheduled an appointment, had the confirmation and showed up on time. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment. Said they could do it anyhow with no issue. After 3 hours I texted asking if it was up on time. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment. Said they could do it anyhow with no issue. After 3 hours I texted asking if it was almost done. I received no response and so then went to the dealership. It hadn’t been touched, even though every single car in front and behind it had been serviced. Very disappointing as it caused a hassle due to my ride availability. More
