Came in initially with some complaints about my extended warranty, so i was not happy. Car was used so i wasn't surprised it would have some issues just not so soon. Besides the large amount of back and for warranty, so i was not happy. Car was used so i wasn't surprised it would have some issues just not so soon. Besides the large amount of back and forth they managed to fix and warranty all my service needs. I really appreciate that they were honorable and client satisfaction oriented. Will definitely buy from them again. Thanks again guys! More
I took my 2004 Trailblazer in for an alignment. When they said it was done I paid for it and I expected an alignment report, (a printout of adjustments they performed,) but they didn't offer it, I had t they said it was done I paid for it and I expected an alignment report, (a printout of adjustments they performed,) but they didn't offer it, I had to ask for it. When I saw it, it was not a good job or an acceptable job. I spoke up, there were a few huddles, and my Trailblazer was taken back into the shop for another hour while I sipped their free coffee. The mechanic that did the alignment was inexperienced, or untrained because he didn't know Trailblazers require a special GM tool to perform an alignment on this vehicle. He hadn't even attempted to adjust the lower control arm the first time, (where this tool is used!) He had no business doing this alignment on my Trailblazer. This special GM tool is why I was at this dealership!!! Judging by how long it took the second time, and a comment he made I don't believe he had access to that special GM tool. The second report was a lot better, but not as good as I think it could have been if someone who really knew what they were doing had done the job. This tried to do the job, BY HIMSELF WITHOUT HELP OR TRAINING, I don't blame him at all!! The steering wheel is ALMOST straight now and the alignment is better than it was. Pretty sad when the customer has to be embarrass a GM dealership shop to get something done right. Then I wanted to let it go but no, they had to keep bugging me over and over and over (weeks of cyber stalking,) for feedback and to do this review. Ok! Are we finished now with this horrible experience?! More

There service is very good but I am a little disappointed that my 2018 GMC Canyon seat is pulling apart at the seam. 3 months out of warranty and they wont repair it. We bought a new Honda CRV (2020) at Ken Garff Honda in Riverdale. Unfortunately my wife hit a deer in the first month after purchase. I had the car repaired at the same Honda dealer thinking they would Riverdale. Unfortunately my wife hit a deer in the first month after purchase. I had the car repaired at the same Honda dealer thinking they would do the best job. The car was left for repairs on 2 Nov 2020 with a promise of completion in two weeks. That date slid when they could not get a radar unit that had to be replaced as part of the repair. We were told the radar unit would not be available until 20 Nov. Then the date slid again to 24 Dec and again to 2 Jan and then again out to 14 Jan with a February completion date. I asked several times if they couldn’t take this part from another car on the lot and I was told no, Honda wouldn’t allow that. I was also told that Honda would provide us with a loaner car since they were not meeting the promised delivery dates over and over. However, after promising a loaner, it was denied. Again, Honda wouldn’t allow a loaner. At this point I did some research and discovered that it was not Honda who wasn’t alloying for a loaner or for a replacement part from another car on the lot but Ken Garff Honda management in Riverdale. So, I called Joey Burns and told him the story above. Within 10 minutes of talking with Mr. Burns Honda repair called me and said that my CRV would be ready the next day and it was. Briana Cunningham was my point of contact with the body shop. She was very courteous and kept me up to date on the progress or lack there of. I think she tried very hard to help but was strapped by management at that site. Needless to say I am very happy to have my car back and I am pleased with the quality of work. However, because of the trouble we had and the repeated promises that were not kept (especially spare part commitment and loaner) I will not use them for repair again. I am thankful for the help Mr Burns provided. Otherwise we would still be waiting for our car, 3 to 3.5 months after leaving the car there for repair. More
I’m Chad not William!!!! I’m so sick and tired of getting his info. My dad and I have tried so xxxx many times to get this taken care of and obviously it takes an act of god to get names and phone n getting his info. My dad is sick and tired of getting texts and emails that don’t pertain to him!! Why is this so hard to fix???????? Do we need to change dealerships?? We’ve been told a thousand times it’s fixed and obviously it isn’t and never will be!! I’m Chad and I own the 2004 GMC!!!!!!! Why is this so hard to get right and get fixed??? Because you guys can’t get your xxxx together and figure out who owns what vehicle and associate that with the right phone numbers and email, I’m seriously considering trying a new dealership for my vehicle service needs!! More
Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Overall great experience! While the damage done to my vehicle was minor and the fact that my vehicle is over 10 years old, at no time did I feel the Overall great experience!
