You asked so here it is. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and it was over an hour before the vehicle was taken in. I waited 2hr and 15 minutes for an oil change. Needless to say I passed on for an oil change and it was over an hour before the vehicle was taken in. I waited 2hr and 15 minutes for an oil change. Needless to say I passed on the car wash. I also scheduled and appointment for my 2018 Duramax with a third party warranty and when I asked no one could tell me whether it was accepted. I was told I had to ask the finance department but could not get through. I left a voicemail but never received a return call. Personal opinion is you guys have big problems. I will not be returning. More

Not happy with oil change service. The technician broke the hinges on the cabin air compartment door. The service department ordered and installed new one at no cost. Much appreciated but technician needs to be a little more careful. Also not happy with oil on garage floor, can’t they wipe excess oil off frame when they change the oil? Also as part of oil change they also rotated the tires, and when my wife drove the car the next day she calls me and said light on dash flashing and (TMPT) needs to be checked. This should have been done when they rotated the tires. I believe the technicians need to add quality to their processes. More

They are great with servicing my vehicle. Easy to make appointments. Shuttle service if needed. If you want to hang around nice quiet comfortable area for waiting.
