Will and Crystal in the service department were great! My wife took her 2008 Enclave in for service she was told there was an oil leak on the timing cover estimated cost 2,000. When I came to the shop the technician told me it was a slight leak. When he took me there was an oil leak on the timing cover estimated cost 2,000. When I came to the shop the technician told me it was a slight leak. When he took me back to look at it he changed and said he didn’t believe it was an issue. I see this as deceitful. This is the second and last time I will allow you shop to do anything other than an out change on any of my vehicles. More

I tried to contact my service writer a couple of times via the number provided but he didn't get back to me. I never found out what caused my battery to explode in such a new vehicle and need to know so w via the number provided but he didn't get back to me. Vehicle was not ready for customer when given back it was not cleaned off body panels were not aligned and interior panels and seals were not installed properly. Second time manager made sure car was ready not cleaned off body panels were not aligned and interior panels and seals were not installed properly.
