I purchased a used 2018 Subaru last JUne. I was not told it had been in a wreck. Found out when I bot new tires from Big O who could not align the rear passenger tire. I told Jon and he took the car into your service twice. I was told it was fixed. I thought it was fixed but a month ago I picked up a nail in that tire. And replaced with a new one at Big O but they couldn’t get it aligned. So I got s second opinion from Les Schwab. Same answer but said they could fix it. Cost me $365.00. Went into Jon when I took the care in for oil change and explained my experience. He made no offer to make it right. I have always had a positive feeling toward Ken Garf Sales. It never crossed my mind that you would sell me a damaged car and not tell me about it. Your service dept didn’t know how to fix it but alegded it was corrected and aligned. But it wasn’t. So really service at Ken Garf certainly did not meet my expectations. More
As usual, the tech did not take the time to read and understand the work order description of my complaint. I had to ask what they checked when looking at the issues I reported. Once he figured out what he was to look for he did fix the problem. As usual there is grease on my floor mats and door panel. Somethings just never change. Don't know why they can't keep service writers, new group everytime I go in. Glad I purchased a GMC I only have to go in once every couple years at the most. Just don't need the agreevation. More
