Work that was completed was great. I had issues with the timetable, was told on the first visit it would be around three days because it was just going to be a bumper replacement, after taking it in was tex timetable, was told on the first visit it would be around three days because it was just going to be a bumper replacement, after taking it in was texted it would take a week, then after the week was texted that the wrong bumper was ordered and would be the next week. Upon retrieval of truck noticed the ball hitch was not there, got to wait another 4 days for that one to be ordered. Was not the chrome one I had but it was a nice heavy duty one so was satisfied. Overall the guys there seem nice just should not have taken that long to accomplish this task. And yes I had pre approval from the insurance company. More
