Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. In order to make it fair for all of our customers, we require a deposit to put a vehicle on hold before it arrives from the factory. Since we did not get a deposit down, we were not able to secure the vehicle for your daughter, and someone else was able to purchase the vehicle. We would be happy to help your daughter find the perfect vehicle, however we would need a deposit down in order to secure it.
