Dusten has met or exceeded my expectations numerous times. Our salesman Dustin was very polite. Finance manager/ negotiator needs work. It took 3 visits to finalize sale on our new car. 1st trip we did a test drive, 2nd trip tried to negotiate r Finance manager/ negotiator needs work. It took 3 visits to finalize sale on our new car. 1st trip we did a test drive, 2nd trip tried to negotiate rate and was told no they don’t negotiate anymore that you pay lot price. Then there were 3 drops in price that we saw online, which made the car at a much better price than our original offer so we added the extended warranty and came out further ahead. There loss, our gain. I will say the new in desk computer made it fast and simple to complete paperwork and made that part of my experience kind of fun. More
