I have already tried send in one survey about my visit , and I do not think that it went , because it never said anything about ending the survey. I had a very terrible time trying to get my car serviced, and I do not think that it went , because it never said anything about ending the survey. I had a very terrible time trying to get my car serviced, and I had made an appointment, and was there at the time of the appointment, and 2 hours later the car was still sitting outside the work area, with the work not even started. The person in the service service Office said she would see what wa going on, and told me to return to the waiting area, and she would let me know whet was the problem. i waited another 10 minutes without hearing any thing, so I went back to the service office and she was sitting there, and told me they were now working on the car. I had already told them that I had an appointment that they were keeping me from being on time for that. The Service Manager came in the office and told me that they were short of help. I Told him they should have taken that into mind when they made the appointment, I think that a organization like Kenn Garff, who prides them selves as being a High Service Company, in this case did not even get close to a "Good Service Company". I have been a customer of this location for many years. and this is the first time that I have been treated like this. And I told them so at the Time, and that did not seem to bother them at all. Appointment for 1pm, checked in with Brandon. We were told the recall service would take 3 hers as the truck engine needed to cool so the recall service could be done. 4pm & pickup was still sit We were told the recall service would take 3 hers as the truck engine needed to cool so the recall service could be done. 4pm & pickup was still sitting in the sun where we parked it in the service line. Spoke to Brandon at 5pm. Brandon said they were going to TRY to have it out by the time they closed at 6pm. Brandon was asked if we could be taken home and brought back tomorrow. Brandon said that was not possible. Vehicle was finally taken into the work bay & put on the hoist. Spoke to the Sales Manager and he said he would check but there was not much he could do because it was not his dept. It is 5:20pm. No contact from the Service Dept as to the status. More
