Worst car buying experience of my life. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They sold me a ford raptor with blown turbos. I even told the sales rep on the test drive (which he didn’t come with so I had no way of going on the highway as I had never been to this city before) that something felt wrong and he assured me it was fine. So I drove the truck off the lot “as is” and it barely made it up the canyon and by the time I got home the check engine light was on. So I had it towed and asked if I could get a different truck from Ken Garff, as I needed it for work, which they told me I only could from their lot, which didn’t have any other fords. The sales manager literally told me that it was my fault for buying it as I should have known from the test drive and shouldn’t have agreed to the purchase. Which is insane but at this point I took the loss and let them fix the turbos (since it came with warranty thankfully). It took them almost 3 weeks to get the truck back to me. The sales rep who sold me it didn’t respond to any of my questions or texts. I had to call in for updates and I had no contact since the sales rep stopped responding so that included me just calling into the front desk absolutely clueless about the status of my truck. But then 3 weeks later they got it back to me and I went and picked it up and brought it home. The next morning I drove the truck DOWN the canyon and the engine was overheating and the check engine sign and coolant signs came on. So I had to get it towed AGAIN. So yeah they sold me a broken truck. And didn’t care at all about fixing the situation since I was a enslaved by this “as is” clause that some dealerships decide to absolutely abuse. They didn’t even test drive the report that they sold me, there’s no way they could have. These trucks don’t work without turbos, they barely accelerate. I never owned a ford before this experience so there’s no way I could have known for sure. I just assumed the raptor wasn’t fast. But they should have known? They didn’t even test drive it. They don’t even know when the turbo was blown. For all I know they bought the truck with a blown turbo and never even drove it and fully inspected it to find out. But yet sold it to me as is and continued to blame me for purchasing it “if I knew something was wrong”. This experience was a nightmare and I wouldn’t suggest this dealership to anyone. More

We had to wait for 3 weeks to get in for a service, since having the service we have had a service restraint system warning. We brought it in to check it and was told it set a hard code. Being a safety concern I thought they could resolve or fix the probelm, but was told it would be Nov 17th before they could fix it seing inside of the service bays we could see no vehicles being worked on and was wondering why it would take so long to fix a safety item?
