I visited the service department for an engine light. I told the staff what the reason for the light was and asked to get my supposed extended bumper to bumper warranty to cover it. They quoted me a wors I told the staff what the reason for the light was and asked to get my supposed extended bumper to bumper warranty to cover it. They quoted me a worse case diagnostic cost that I would pay if for some reason the warranty wouldn’t cover it. Well long story shortened - warranty didn’t cover much of anything and so the diagnostic of exactly what I told them was the problem was charged to me. The cost was $40 more than quoted and I asked why and they said it was “shop materials” so even though no materials were used they said they always charge this and said “everyone charges this” - which is dishonest and them not doing what I asked with the warranty first is pathetic as well. That alone warrants a 1 star but then I go to my truck and there are 2 dings in the door - obviously from something someone was carrying with the. In the shop (maybe this is the “material” I was charged for). I questioned them about the dings and of course they denied it.. STAY away from this dealership - terrible !!!!! More
