I gave it a 4 because every time I go to have my tires rotated, they cant or dont find a way to reset my sensors properly, so my truck has all sorts of alarms going off until I take it to a tire place and rotated, they cant or dont find a way to reset my sensors properly, so my truck has all sorts of alarms going off until I take it to a tire place and they reset them. They either need the correct tool that others have, or put in more effort (Like les schwaab does without the tool). Otherwise great service! More

My Truck broke down with snow mobiles in tow. I had it towed to Ken Garff GMC because it was the closest Dealership. Marissa was very helpful coordinating the drop off after hours. But Marissa and the technician took the time to video and explain all of the issues. Her personality and professionalism made bad news sting less. We had a great experience at Ken Garff Buick GMC buying a car. I talked with Jon over the phone, and then Bill took care of us when we came in for a test drive.
