Your Service Manager is Condescending and rude. Treats women like they don't know anything. Waited 3 hours to have my oil changed. If they are inspecting the vehicle when they service them, why are they not finding the issues before your leave the dealership? This past year or so almost every time I leave your dealership I have another issue with something else. My vehicle has 80,000. miles on it. I use to put that many miles on in 2 years when I was working. I think you are taking advantage of elderly women and just women in general. More

We had a wonderful experience at your Dealership. Tenille came out and greeted us, we wanted smaller, so she showed us the Encore. We test drove it, OMG, its small compared to our Sierra P/U truck.
