Ken Garff Buick GMC Riverdale

I took my 2022 pickup in to have the steering wheel and front and back heat modules installed that were missing. Both modules were installed but only the steering wheel one worked. The heated /cooled seats front and back heat modules installed that were missing. Both modules were installed but only the steering wheel one worked. The heated /cooled seats did neither. I was able to bring it in a couple of days later and the tech found that the module did not work. It was replaced and I left the dealership with it functioning. I don’t know if it was checked at installation or it died before I picked up my vehicle but it is kind of disappointing that after waiting almost a year after I bought it that I had to make two trips to get something that works. I am glad that Ken Garff GMC was able to fix it though. More
