My experience at Ken Garff was good. When I took my car in I was hoping for minor issues, but the technician was thorough and highly recommended additional services. Merissa and the technician allowed me time to think before any work was done. There was no pressure. It was all my decision to get the repairs completed. Hey buying the car was great you took and made sure my needs and questions are met. Only one complaint detailers they bring the truck to me claiming they cleaned it and made sure there was not mess...... needs and questions are met. Only one complaint detailers they bring the truck to me claiming they cleaned it and made sure there was not mess...... Moment I get the truck still dirty like they never even touched it......Theres still gunk and food and drink spills left in it that now I have to clean........ Like i buy a vehicle, i expect it to be clean. Nothing left of the previous owner. Unless there is a stain that wont come out you tried everything i get that.....worst part was the detailer lied straight to my face thats what upset me...... Other wise service and sales did great not one complaint More
