The last time I went in they even tried to see if my warranty we purchased would cover an oil cooler line that was leaking slightly. They never try to push any services on me or make me feel stupid in any way and the sales staff arecalways great just to talk with even if I just want to look, they are low pressure for sure More
TLDR: once you buy from them they don’t follow through on promises and you don’t mean anything to them. Bought a truck from this dealership. Sales rep knew I wanted bells and whistles. We ended up on the promises and you don’t mean anything to them. Bought a truck from this dealership. Sales rep knew I wanted bells and whistles. We ended up on the AT4 model. She even found me one that was my color I wanted only thing was it was used 9k miles. Was told it came with all the bells and whistles I wanted including onstar and Sirius for 2 more years since the car was being driven by a manager for a year which is why it had low miles. Go to activate the onstar after purchase once I got home and no luck with that or Sirius. Was informed it wasn’t transferable. Went back to dealership and spoke with sales manager john at the Riverdale location. Spoke back and forth for a few days with promises of trying to make it right but probably couldn’t cause he didn’t want to come out pocket the 2k to cover the cost. Last I heard from him was July 2nd with a promise to call me back after he spoke with someone at GMC and I have not heard a word. I financed through them, I bought the extended warranty up sell, spent a decent chunk of money and now I am a ghost. I should have stayed in the Young dealership family. More
