I started out looking for cars on Cars. com since I was looking for a specific used car. Ken Garff Buick had one of the vehicles I was interested in. After test driving a few, I had my sights set on their car. Tenille was easy to work with. I asked her to look at the CarFax details for specific things, which she found and highlighted for me. The process was simple and streamlined. Like many dealerships, they presented various 'packages' to add on, like some repair, oil changes, and others. I added on a very simple package.
