This dealership had a very difficult time with the sale of my vehicle and getting it coded properly with what is known as the R and D. It took much longer (like 7 days ) to get this accomplished and I was of my vehicle and getting it coded properly with what is known as the R and D. I purchased a GMC 3500 Denali four months ago and can't get the truck to recognize the trailer brakes. After multiple visits to Ken Garff GMC, the service department changed the trailer switch and two cont get the truck to recognize the trailer brakes. After multiple visits to Ken Garff GMC, the service department changed the trailer switch and two control modules. Last visit my truck sat in the service bay for 5 days because they couldn't get a programming code for the switch. I finally pulled the truck. Two weeks have passed and I just called to see if they had received the programming code. Par for the course, no answer and no call back. Not impressed. I will definitely avoid Ken Garff in the future, both for service and future purchases. More
