Cabin air filter cover was not put on correctly after service. Leading to it falling off when I opened the glove box. Experience I had with Dusten and Zach was extremely disappointing, we were not dealt with honestly. Spencer called Dusten and ask him if I ( Mary Krystine ) could bring in a Check for $10,000.00 an disappointing, we were not dealt with honestly. Spencer called Dusten and ask him if I ( Mary Krystine ) could bring in a Check for $10,000.00 and not trade in the Cadillac and he wanted a truck bed cover . Could we work that up, Dusten got back to Spencer with a yes. Spencer called me excited, I went to the bank for a cashiers check in the amount of $10,000.00. What happen from there went down hill, Dusten denied telling Spencer that it could come with a truck cover. Spencer was still happy and I was happy that he was happy. We signed papers and drove his new truck off the lot. Week later , Spencer gets a call from Dusten that (we ) Spencer and I signed on the wrong lines during the signing process and could we Please come in and fix that. So after work we came in to the dealership in Good Faith and honest intent to sign what we had supposedly sign in error. What happen is Zach came in , Dusten acted squirmy and weird, Zach proceed to start the whole signing thing over again, which did not feel right, and then at the end told us that the payments were going up $45.00 per month and that the interest rate was now 1% higher. How is that in integrity , they got us both there under false pretense and then changed the whole deal. NOT in good faith, shady and sketchy. So I am not happy with my experience with your dealership, or these two men. I will not be giving any good referrals . More
