I've been working with a Bill Acree on the order of a new truck for a couple months and still waiting for delivery. During this time, Bill as been exceptional in responding and keeping me informed, especiall truck for a couple months and still waiting for delivery. Bill made the deal simple and without smoke and mirrors. What it was is what he said it would be. I've never dealt with a salesman as solid as this guy. I'm in SLC and so glad I decided to go to Ogden Riverdale to do a deal. I will keep my fingers crossed and hope the delivery happens soon. However this is nothing the dealership can control. I felt so grateful for Bill's help and communications that I wanted to ensure others knew of his 5 star customer service. I'd drive hundreds of miles to deal with Bill. I expect future service will the same and look forward having Ken Garff my new dealership! More

We have had our vehicle serviced multiple times and have spent over 7k to get it fixed. It remains to be fixed. Every time we are told it will “100% fix the problem.” When that is not the case.
