*** SOLD ME A BAD VEHICLE *** Let me start by saying the only good thing there is there sales manager and sales man Steven . I purchased a certified preowned GMC Terrain from there Let me start by saying the only good thing there is there sales manager and sales man Steven . I purchased a certified preowned GMC Terrain from there about six months ago and it has been noting but trouble. If I could go back I would of never gone there in the first place. Just to name a few things that have gone bad in the "Certified Pre-Owned" gmc terrain are.... transmission issues, ac condenser, warped rotors, engine knocking, exhaust manifold cracked. The worst part is they will promise you so much but Won't keep there word. The car is still having all these issues after taking it to there service department except the air conditioning is working now, but I had to pay almost $500. I have spent almost $2000 in six months and the car still sounds and drives bad. I know I am just an other reviewer on here but I am will to send any prove or info just so you stay away from this place. These cars are not Certified pre owned!! I been buying GM vehicles since I was 18 yrs old and this is the WROST experience ever. Go to a dealer that will back you up. More
Absolutely terrible customer service! I can't say too much negative until we walked out the door; the staff we came in contact with were all pretty decent. Our car purchase was on 3/01/13, fast forw too much negative until we walked out the door; the staff we came in contact with were all pretty decent. Our car purchase was on 3/01/13, fast forward to the 12th, I still hadn't been contacted about who (bank or credit union, etc.) was picking up the loan so I contacted the dealership to find out what was going on. I was informed the finance manager was the one I needed to speak with and he was off on Tuesday’s so I left a message. Wednesday and Thursday came and went and still no call back. I sent an email to the finance manager on Friday the 15th asking what was going on. Received a call back that day and was told he hadn’t gotten to the deal yet as he was swamped and still doing deals from 60 days back. I let him know that my trade in payment was due on 3/6 and the grace period was up, he informed me I should just make the payment so it doesn’t affect my credit…. He also said he would text or email me and keep me up to date on what was going on with my loan. Fast forward again to 3/22 still nothing!! Another email sent on 3/22 and no response at all…. So on 3/27 I send another email, a not very nice email reminding him that my temp tags were up in 3 days on 3/30 and I was going out of town for Easter weekend and asked who would be paying the ticket if I get pulled over on expired dealer temp tags seeing as how that is the only vehicle large enough to fit our family in so that was the only vehicle we could drive. He called back and apologized up and down said he would do anything to make it right and he would drive the plates to me if I wanted or said he could overnight them to me. I asked him to overnight them to me, this was on 3/28 and on 3/29 in my haste of getting ready realized at about 8:30pm (after the dealership had closed) that my plates never came!! Needless to say there was a very nasty message left for the finance manager that evening. He left a message on Saturday 3/30 but I was out of town and not within cell service to get his call. As of this morning 4/01/13 I still have no plates, temp tags expired 3/30 and sent another email about an hour ago with no response. Sadly I would tell everyone to go elsewhere, I’m huge on customer service as that is a big part of my job I feel it’s one should be within the top 3 priorities of any company. This has been such a letdown, I truly expected so much better. We didn’t get a cheap car, we spent over $24K on the vehicle we purchased and I feel like we should have gotten better service. Anyone deserves better service whether they spend $1000 or $50K it shouldn’t matter; it’s helping to fund their paychecks. When you do your research before you purchase a new car I would highly suggest doing your research on dealerships also. I really wish I would have. More

The truck would not have passed inseption wi from buying the truck the check engine light came on. We found out the light had been reset two times. The truck would not have passed inseption with the problem it has and my father called them and they will not do anything at all to help him. They say they listen..maybe but they don't do anything to help you at all. I am so upset that they don't stand behind the cars they sell!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
They had the Terrain we wanted, in the color, and with the eqiptment. They treated us like real people and not just someone they were trying to sell.
