I am not happy. My car was in your body shop for 134 days. I never received updates, other than one initial call that my car would be about 3 weeks for repairs, whic My car was in your body shop for 134 days. I never received updates, other than one initial call that my car would be about 3 weeks for repairs, which I knew it wouldn't, but I certainly did not expect to be without a car for over three and a half months. I would call and Justin would never return my calls. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I had repairs done a year ago, and I was called with updates frequently, so I thought my experience would be the same, but it wasn't. I understand that my vehicle had extensive damage, but 134 days! August 02 to November 15th. While my repair looks fine, the customer service during this experience was awful. Having to go 134 days with no contact from you other than what I would initiate through my insurance is not acceptable. The actual repair was fine, but again 134 days! Really?!? More
Stephen handled my ordering of a GMC Sierra 1500. He was always helpful. Almost everything went well except there is a button on my tailgate that didn't work, but Stephen got it ordered quickly and He was always helpful. The only other hiccup was that the people setting up the paperwork forgot that I already paid $1000 deposit and didn't include it in the purchase. But Stephen again is on top of it and will get it refunded to me. I really appreciate him. More

I keep coming back because the treatment I receive, the respect for my time I receive, and the lack of high pressure tactics - makes buying a car not the same experience that I get everywhere else.
