The dealership has not returned my fiance's call after several complaints we have been having in our recent visit. I saw an ad on the website for a used Civic. It was a good price for the mileage it had on it. We went to see the car, and I was surprised that the price was raised $3000 because Aftermarket ac It was a good price for the mileage it had on it. They are the best ever. We needed to service our car for a recall. They made the appointment and told us from the start it was extensive and it would take at least half a da We needed to service our car for a recall. They made the appointment and told us from the start it was extensive and it would take at least half a day. Right after making the appointment we got a text about the appointment. That evening another text to remind us about the appointment the next day. We got in and we’re seen right away. No waiting. Dylan let us know right away that it was an extensive recall an most likely it would take until 2 or 3 before we could get it back. After we agreed to leave it he asked us if we needed a ride. We did not since we had borrowed my son’s car to go have breakfast after dropping the car. While we were just seated to have breakfast we got a text from Dylan, reintroducing himself and giving his number for any concerns or questions. A little later we got another text with a video showing they were starting work in out car. A little before 1 we got a call to let us know it was ready for pick up. While picking it up, he once again told us to call him with any concerns and questions. While the car was there, they went ahead and checked all the fluid levels. Great job! They just gained a new customer. Most of all after the horrendous service we had experienced so far at Clear Lake Honda that had made us question our choice of purchase. Thank you Dylan, you restored our faith in Honda. More
