THIS PLACE IS SHADY , THEY DON'T DO THE WORK THEY SAY THIS PLACE IS SHADY , THEY DON'T DO THE WORK THEY SAY THEY ARE DOING, AND WHEN CONFRONTED THE SERVICE DIRECTOR ROBERT QUINTERO LOOKED LIKE A DEER IN THIS PLACE IS SHADY , THEY DON'T DO THE WORK THEY SAY THEY ARE DOING, AND WHEN CONFRONTED THE SERVICE DIRECTOR ROBERT QUINTERO LOOKED LIKE A DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS> HE ACTUALLY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY HE DIDN"T KNOW WHAT HIS SERVICE GUYS DO>SO WHY DO THEY PAY YOU TO BE A SUPERVISOR??? i brought my pilot here for a 75k service because its close to my office. i explained to the service writer JOHN GIRALDO what i needed, right then and there i should have know better, but the 75k service was just an oil change $54.95 and tire rotation $24.95 (this doesn't include balancing). i give him my keys. he said it would not take more than an hour, so i waited. (1:15 turnaround). JOHN comes and gets me, i pay for the service and before I head out, he says make sure to comment excellent on his survey and takes out this stamp and stamps I Strive for EXCELLENT JOHN GIRALDO on my receipt.(WHAT A JOKE) As i'm leaving i turn on to the service road and i start thumbing through the display screen to clear it all out . thats when i notice the tire pressure screen wasn't different then when i left it. so i turn around head back and let JOHN GIRALDO know that I paid for a rotation but they didn't perform the task. I asked to speak to a manger/supervisor, confronted him regarding and the rest is history... this is a dishonest auto mechanic shop/service center. Not pleased with the quality of service from the manager(Mike) to the service (Robert). Would not go back if I was given a free car. Not worth the headache. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and everyone observed mask protocol. I was surprised that I was seen by a salesman so quickly. I would love to say that I was able to purchase a car from this dealership but it would appear that all they felt like doing was lying about the cost of the car and adding additional usurious fees. They charge $500 for a window tint that was already on the car and had a lifetime warranty since the car originated at this dealership. They refused to remove this fee acknowledging that they did nothing to add the tint but just wanted the extra profit. They then had $800 in "Dealer" prep which they said was to cover the detailing and new tires and whatever else they had to do in getting the car "frontline" ready. These fees were not included in the price of the car but in what they labeled "Aftermarket equipment expenses". As we did not agree to these terms they refused to remove them from the cost, even though they made the $500 initially when they sold the car in 2017. Let's also throw out there that they proceeded to insult educators saying that even though they are underpaid and have to provide utensils for students an extra 12 months and an extra $50 a month is perfectly fine because "they get raises each year and possible bonuses". It worked out to be an extra $5200 that was advertised. Martin, the general manager, proceeded to curse out and insult my underwriter and make snide remarks about her to me during the discussion of why charging for a service someone else already paid for is double-dipping a wrong. If you are in the market for a car I recommend you find someplace who isn't completely lying to you about the cost of the car. More
