Came in for a recall on the remote start. It only took an hour and I even had breakfast there. The only thing I would ask in the future would be that if you need to bring in both fobs for any reason that an hour and I even had breakfast there. The only thing I would ask in the future would be that if you need to bring in both fobs for any reason that they tell you that when you make the appointment. I had to return home for the second key fob and go back. Just a suggestion. More
I've had my Routan for about 6 months and I've had it in for service twice so far. The service has been perfect, especially since it's all covered under warranty - oil changes, tire rotations, et had it in for service twice so far. One odd thing about the dealership is, when I dropped off my vehicle after the service department closed, I used their after hours drop box. I filled out the form, put my car key in the envelope and slid it through the slit in the door. Then I stepped on a hose and the whole door opened! Other cars were inside and my keys were just sitting on the ground exposed for anyone to take, because the large garage door was now open. Luckily, an employee drove by (out of nowhere) and helped me. He put my key and envelope in the service office and closed the door. If he hadn't been there after hours, I would have had to hunt for a way to close the door. Otherwise, everything is great at this dealership. More

The Service department is terrific but I will never buy a new car from them again. When I bought my new car, I had a good experience with Sales but not Finance. Compared to my previous experience at a Lorain County dealer, this service visit was a big improvement. They have a system, and although they had lots of cars in for service, my wait was only about an h dealer, this service visit was a big improvement. They have a system, and although they had lots of cars in for service, my wait was only about an hour for a diagnosis. My "check engine" light problem does need another appointment, but they were friendly and kept me informed. The waiting room was pleasant and there were plenty of stuff to read and TV to watch, and free WiFi, which I took advantage of. I must say, however, that charging customers $0.50 for a cup of coffee is pretty annoying when your repairs will likely be in the $100's. All in all, I was satisfied with the experience and I will return for service. More

I am so pleased with the service I receive at Ganley Hyundai. My car was used and I did not purchase it there. This dealership not only has my service business for as long as I have this car, but they will also have my business when I purchase my next car. The dealership is clean and the people are friendly. The waiting area is great and there is a computer I can use to log in to work and get my stuff done while I am waiting for service. I can't say enough about Chris and how well he treats me when I come in. He is friendly and explains everything to me and answers all of my questions. I will recommend this dealership and service department to anyone I can. Great job! More
