Fantastic Ganley Subaru I love the fact that you can come in for service without an appointment. Though there was a line of at least 5 cars and two customers when I arrived, I love the fact that you can come in for service without an appointment. All of my Subaru's service has been completed through Westside Imports. That said, my initial Subaru was purchased in 2001 and I returned to purchase my second one in 2014. I have had all of my service completed at Westside Imports. The team of service representatives and technicians is exceptional, knowledgable, trusting, and customer oriented. Great Service Department I was scheduled for a 10:00 appointment that I was told would take a little over an hour to preform. I arrived about a half hour early, they took my car almost right away and were done in just under an hour. What could have been a long wait turned out to be a quick visit and I was on my way. This is what good customer service is all about, not like the cable company for example saying we will be there sometime next Wednesday, in the afternoon. More
