Long wait, great service I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:50 am on a Saturday. I didn't leave the dealership until 12:25 pm. I was told my car I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:50 am on a Saturday. I didn't leave the dealership until 12:25 pm. I was told my car would be done by or before 11:50. Because of my extended wait, the service representative comped my service and apologized for the wait. I normally don't frequent dealership service because of the waits with appointments, but her kindness and consideration of my time will have me going back.
