Bill Horvath was very helpful and thorough. He explained everything needed to be done to my vehicle so I could understand the services being provided and the pricing. This was the first time I had to use the shuttle service and the driver as very courteous and I was made to feel completely comfortable during our ride. It was great to know that I did not need to worry about getting to anf from the dealership. This is a fantastic service for your customers. I came in for my 10000 mile maintenance and before I even walked in the door the staff demonstrated their excellent customer service when Victoria opened the door for me and got me started. Within 5 minutes walked in the door the staff demonstrated their excellent customer service when Victoria opened the door for me and got me started. Within 5 minutes they got me on the shuttle to the mall and an hour later back. The best part is it was free. Highly recommend VW and especially Ganley. More
Keith & Elton greeted us with a smileand took extra care in helping me as I'm in a wheelchair! Elton fit me into his tight schedule on only a 1 day notice as I had recently been hospitalized & I had t care in helping me as I'm in a wheelchair! Went in for Safety recall and also let service people know about a noise coming from rear of vehicle. They said rear bearings were wore out and needed replacing. Came in for a recall on the remote start. It only took an hour and I even had breakfast there. The only thing I would ask in the future would be that if you need to bring in both fobs for any reason that an hour and I even had breakfast there. I've had my Routan for about 6 months and I've had it in for service twice so far. The service has been perfect, especially since it's all covered under warranty - oil changes, tire rotations, et had it in for service twice so far. The service has been perfect, especially since it's all covered under warranty - oil changes, tire rotations, etc. The staff are friendly and I've never had an issue with them. One odd thing about the dealership is, when I dropped off my vehicle after the service department closed, I used their after hours drop box. I filled out the form, put my car key in the envelope and slid it through the slit in the door. Then I stepped on a hose and the whole door opened! Other cars were inside and my keys were just sitting on the ground exposed for anyone to take, because the large garage door was now open. Luckily, an employee drove by (out of nowhere) and helped me. He put my key and envelope in the service office and closed the door. If he hadn't been there after hours, I would have had to hunt for a way to close the door. Otherwise, everything is great at this dealership. More
The Service department is terrific but I will never buy a new car from them again. When I bought my new car, I had a good experience with Sales but not Finance.
