There was either a factory defect with my. lug nut or my previous and only tire rotation was not done well. Which is quite disappointing because it was with your service center. To whom it may concern, I bought my 2022 Subaru outback from Ken Ganley I had to have it serviced for condensation in both rear tail lamps along with an oil change and rotate and to have the main screen from Ken Ganley I had to have it serviced for condensation in both rear tail lamps along with an oil change and rotate and to have the main screen which locks up occasionally looked at. Our first visit my daughter had dropped the car off and did not hear anything all day until she called them at 4:45 and was told that the update or programming had not taken place, they did not know about it needing done however prior to the visit a rep called to confirm what services needed completed.the oil change and rotate was completed. The lamps on the other hand had to have prior authorization and they were reaching out to higher-ups to find out if in fact, the rear lamps could be replaced under warranty. However, before even taking the vehicle into the service department, I asked the operator if this was a known issue or had there been any issues with the rear lamps containing condensation she said it was not a major issue but they have replaced them I said OK we have photos to document the condensation in both rear lamps. When my daughter went to pick up the vehicle on the first visit none of the services performed that day were explain to her by Chris except that he handed her paperwork to another veh and keys to another vehicle and the veh was out front. After getting the correct keys and paperwork still no explanation of the services provided and they would have to bring the vehicle back in to have the update taken care of and also to replace the lamps. She asked if the lamps were in stock and he responded they were, but they cannot get the authorization to replace. my daughter said that was fine she would need a loaner car for the next visit because she won’t have an alternative form of transportation to use and needs to go to work the loaner car was provided no issue however when she called to find out if the vehicle was completed nobody could give her an answer, this took the vehicle through a period of time the dealership was closed. This led to an inconvenience on my daughters part due to the fact that she had Christmas presents in the back of the vehicle and was never made aware that they were going to keep the vehicle. a simple call to say we’re gonna need your vehicle longer would have been fine. When the dealership reopened she still did not get a call from the dealership saying the vehicle is completed, but had to call her self and follow up to have been told the vehicle has been done. again she picked up the vehicle and they still at this point did not go over the paperwork to explain what they had done or not done except that the lights in the rear were not going to be covered and that she could pay over $1400 to replace them if she would like, which, of course she declined due to the vehicle being under bumper-to-bumper warranty. Last but not least. when she asked for a supervisors name and to receive a call to discuss the above, to this date have still not received a call and was told that a supervisor would not be able to handle anything more than what was already spoke about,my daughter at that point said that’s funny because nothing was spoke about other than The update should be completed however, they cannot verify a screen, locking up.this whole experience with the service department, and the lack of communication has left a horrible sense of security of not knowing if the vehicle is safe to drive and furthermore, if future repairs will be resolved, we would like to continue to use Ken Ganley service due to the closeness of my daughters home in Westlake but we are really concerned at the customer service that was provided on our very first and second follow up visits and the lack of transparency that a service Mgr could not take the time to reach out when asked.to discuss the above concerns . I am not sure as of this email who the service advisor was so I will not rate them during this survey. More
