As soon as I pulled into the service area and got out of my car I was immediately taken care of. I explained that it was a one moonth check up but was advised to wait til service contacted me since I do not my car I was immediately taken care of. I explained that it was a one moonth check up but was advised to wait til service contacted me since I do not put many miles on a car. After it was checked over, nothing need to be taken care, it was wasshed and I asked Chris if he could show me how to open the trunk as I was having lots of trouble. He did and now I am a happy camper, as s my family as I do not have to ask them to open it. Chris said to come in any time I needed to ask a question or need some re-education on what to do with one of the features. My VW and myself were happy campers. More
