Long wait, great service I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:50 am on a Saturday. I didn't leave the dealership until 12:25 pm. I was told my car I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:50 am on a Saturday. I didn't leave the dealership until 12:25 pm. I was told my car would be done by or before 11:50. Because of my extended wait, the service representative comped my service and apologized for the wait. I normally don't frequent dealership service because of the waits with appointments, but her kindness and consideration of my time will have me going back. I can't remember the girl's name who took care of me, but she did an excellent job. More

Excellent Service department Service on Sonata was beyond expected. Have had vehicles in different dealers over the years, Ganley has been the best. Fantastic Ganley Subaru I love the fact that you can come in for service without an appointment. Though there was a line of at least 5 cars and two customers when I arrived, I love the fact that you can come in for service without an appointment. Though there was a line of at least 5 cars and two customers when I arrived, the friendly and knowledgeable staff member said my wait would be approximately 45 minutes to an hour and he was absolutely correct! Ray Korfhage, Service Consultant and Rick Romance, Service Tech, are to be commended for their efforts and services. They are great! All of my Subaru's service has been completed through Westside Imports. That said, my initial Subaru was purchased in 2001 and I returned to purchase my second one in 2014. I have had all of my service completed at Westside Imports. The team of service representatives and technicians is exceptional, knowledgable, trusting, and customer oriented. I would do a national TV ad to support and promote the service department and team. More
